unique-vintage review, 22 days agoThey still haven't shipped my order and it's been almost 2 weeks since I ordered. Order 1002898. I contacted customer service three times to see when my order will be shipped as I needed a dress for a wedding in a week. I thought for sure 2-3 weeks would be enough time since their standard shipped says it will be delivered in 7-14 business days. 14 business days is almost 3 weeks We're almost at that point and still nothing has shipped I kept getting a cookie cutter response that a separate email will be sent when my order has shipped. Asked if I could upgrade to faster shipping, pay the difference and have them pick my order asap, still a cookie cutter response that nothing can be changed or modified once an order is placed. Either they have draconian policies or a really crappy order processing system. I'll definitely think twice before ordering from them again. Service Value Shipping Returns Quality Show more -
