Purchased a necklace for my wife. On arrival which happened very quickly after the order, there was a slight mark on the gold pendant. Contacted customer service and they is a replacement the same day shipped from Hong Kong swap over everything fine within 3 to 4 days. Fantastic customer service and no hassles. Highly recommended.

Have bought from Net-a-porter a few times, most of the time there has been issues with the goods. I think the problem is they might get a lot of returned items and when these items are resold, it just doesn't feel brand new. Dresses might have a tiny mark on them, boots have creases on the leather etc., I'm afraid I wouldn't be buying from them again.

I ordered a Roland Mouret skirt today in the sale, fully expecting to have to wait a few weeks for delivery as has happened in the past and can be expected during sale time but I didn t mind as I m not in a rush for it and was prepared to wait. However I was delighted to receive the despatch email Later today and the item will be with me tomorrow. Excellent service.

I do a lot of online shopping. In my experience net a porter have their processes down to perfect. They deliver quickly. If there is any problem with an item it is so easy to do a return. It's actually easier than going back to a shop to do a return. They also have fabulous styling on their website, great descriptions and videos to show how a product moves. It is one of the most reliable websites I have come across on online
