It happening way too often, I got promotional email and started shopping right away, selected item, placed an order and... in a few hours learn that item is not available. Web site support MUS check the threshold BEFORE generating promotional emails. What a joke of customer service your store became. Tip for consumers When placing order don't get excited, your items could be cancelled within several hours after order placed. Happened to me many times.
