I am a loyal old navy customer, I mean hundreds of dollars a year. Well, I go to make a return and was denied, I used 3 different ID's and they were all denied. They won't even give you store credit So, I had to call the 3rd party company who kept denying my return and I have to have a receipt (lost it) so now I'm stuck with 115 of clothes that don't fit.
